My client is a US global organization, worldwide leader in the cutting edge real time technology.  They are pioneer in real time OS. their current strategy development is to also focus on developing Linux Real Time solutions and expertise.

Role:

- Provide technical support on products
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their problems
- Communicate effectively with account teams on customer issues
- Document customer issues and resolutions accurately and thoroughly
- Develop technical content for online support site
- Participate in support process improvement activities

Profile required:

- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in embedded software development.
- Comfortable with Linux, UNIX and Windows development environments
- Experience with embedded Linux highly desired
- Software development experience on one or more common embedded processor types (PowerPC, MIPS, X86, ARM, etc)

- English language mandatory

 German language would be highly appreciated
